IBA is a student gateway at Mays Business School to international learning and facilitates inter-cultural exchanges among students. Membership applications are open to all majors, as we cater to all Aggies who share a common enthusiasm for internationalism.

“I have always had a huge passion for traveling and learning about new cultures, so when I joined IBA I was super excited to meet other students from different backgrounds. I grew up in a Lebanese household and was exposed to a lot of middle eastern culture. Meeting people with the same as well as different backgrounds as me helped me to become more comfortable at my school. I also was very inspired learning about amazing business ventures people have gone through and continue to work for.”
